We request that you consider our mission carefully before donating to the Recreational Aviation Foundation (the RAF). You may review the website and newsletters for an in-depth understanding of our mission and how we will utilize your donation. In order to accept your donation, we incur several expenses for processing the transaction that are not refunded to us if we reimburse the donor. Therefore, donations are non-refundable. In extenuating circumstances, please contact us we’ll work to resolve your problem. Our telephone number, mailing address, and email address are listed at the bottom of this policy.
We will, without charge, replace defective products that are ordered from us. Please contact us as soon as a deficiency is discovered and we will provide instructions about how to resolve the problem. Returns of non-defective merchandise may be made within 30 days of receipt. A re-stocking fee of 15% may apply.
